Thomas Radtke works as a senior researcher at the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the Division of Chronic Disease Epidemiology.
Thomas Radtke studied Sports Science at the Martin-Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg (Germany) and completed his PhD in Health Sciences at the University of Bern. His main research interests are the evaluation of non-invasive respiratory function tests (e.g., pulmonary diffusing capacity and cardiopulmonary exercise testing) and the development of physical activity and exercise intervention studies in people with various chronic lung diseases.
Thomas Radtke serves as a coordinator of the Exercise Working Group of the European Cystic Fibrosis Society.
