Klarissa Siebenhüner is a research associate working at the division of Public and Global Health within the EBPI. Following her studies in human medicine at the University of Greifswald, she gained valuable experience in clinical-epidemiological research in the field of internal medicine at the University Hospital Zurich and the associated Center of Competence Multimorbidity. During this time her research focused on the interplay between acute or chronic diseases and the complexity of multimorbidity. Her recent research focusses on the implementation of interventions for prevention of chronic diseases in the primary care setting. Additionally, Klarissa Siebenhüner has graduated the Master of Public Health from the Public Health Program at the Universities of Basel, Bern and Zurich.
