Henock Yebyo is a senior researcher at the division of epidemiology at EBPI, University of Zurich. He studied his MSc in health informatics and biostatistics at Mekelle University, Ethiopia (jointly with Tulane University, USA) and his PhD in epidemiology at the University of Zurich (2018). He subsequently worked as a postdoctoral fellow at both the University of Zurich and Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich. Prior to his doctoral study, he also worked at different academic levels at Mekelle University. He has broad methodological and practical experiences in medical and public health researches, but his current focus centers on personalized decisions, benefit-harm balance modeling, and causal inference.
