Dario Kohlbrenner, PhD

Dario Kohlbrenner is a postdoctoral researcher with a research interest in the physiology of exercise and its application in rehabilitation. His current focus is on the development of novel training methods for pulmonary rehabilitation. Dario holds a BSc and MSc in physiotherapy with specialisations in sports physiotherapy and pulmonary rehabilitation. After completing his PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zurich, he pursued postdoctoral research stays at the Grenoble Alpes University (France) and the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) with a focus on hypoxia physiology and skeletal muscle physiology.
