In June 2024, I started working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Biostatistics group of Prof. Dr. Torsten Hothorn. In general, my research focuses on the intersection between statistics, machine learning and causality. Currently, I am working on developing methods to improve the estimation of causal effects in complex settings. Previously, I did my Bachelor and Master at the Department of Statistics at LMU Munich, Germany. In December 2023, I completed my doctorate at the same university under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bernd Bischl, where I also did a lot of research on interpretable machine learning / explainable artificial intelligence.
