Application of artificial intelligence in career development

We aim to develop algorithms that predict a person's personality and motives based on written texts. These texts are generated through a platform for career guidance, where participants can fill out questionnaires, select images and write stories. In this way, we can use AI for career consulting as well as other contexts where we apply storytelling approaches to individual development processes. This project is a collaboration between EBPI UZH, ZHAW IAP (Institut für Angewandte Psychologie) and ZHAW CAI (Center for Artificial Intelligence).
