Occupational and Environmental Medicine

Our focus are respiratory diseases, mainly in the context of occupational and environmental medicine. We work on the application, standardisation and interpretation of non-invasive respiratory diagnostics in health and disease. We do studies about the epidemiology of asbestos related diseases in Switzerland. We integrate occupational and environmental aspects in multiple studies at the institute level and beyond. Further interests are research in planetary health and innovative didactics.
