Child & Adolescent Health

Our group studies all aspects of health in children and adolescents. One main pillar is the relation between physical activity and health in healthy kids and those with chronic health conditions, including optimal health-defining measurement tools and trials. A central focus has become school-based research where we developed infection surveillance, but also mental health and lifestyle monitoring during the COVID-19 pandemic enabling close collaboration between families, schools, public health and policy.
