To get to the meeting venue from the Zurich main train station you can take several trains (S-Bahn) «Stadelhofen», get out of the station, head to Bellevue Platz and from there take tram 5 (direction «Kirche Fluntern») or tram 9 (direction «Hirzenbach») to the stop «Kantonsschule». Find the meeting building at the other street side.

We kindly ask all participants to arrange transport and accommodation themselves. Participant’s travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the tuition.

Official Registration:

Please consult this website for the Summer School registration. The registration
is open until 16 August 2019. Of note, the registration via this platform is open
to participants based in Europe and Switzerland. US- and outside Europe-based participants need to register via the Harvard Medical School website.
The tuition for the UZH/HMS Summer school Clinical Investigation depends on
your current position and covers your attendance, lunch, coffee and tea as well
as the reception apero on 03 September and dinner on 05 September.
The rates are as follows:

Early Career Scientists (PhD students, early PostDocs): CHF 1000.–
Early Career Scientists (PhD students, early PostDocs) from UZH/USZ: CHF 500.–
Senior Scientists from Academia: CHF 1800.–
Senior Scientists from Academia from UZH/USZ: CHF 1500.–
Members from Industry: CHF 4800.–

After your registration, we will send you an invoice with the corresponding tuition
and transfer details. After receiving the fee we will send you your authoritative confirmation.
Cancellation policy: Attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to Doreen Gille. For cancellations until and including 01 August 2019 we will charge 50%
of the tuition fee. For cancellations after 01 August we will charge the full amount.
